Employees must have Cert 3 Community Care, Aged Care or Disability or Cert 4 Disability
We are a NDIA registered business that offers in-home overnight disability care in the participants homes, in the community or in our workers homes if you choose to help families to have an overnight break! Make a difference to families with a disabled young person. Work in your home overnight and have your weekdays free! Work a day shift, evening or overnight. We offer choices and individualised support.
- Utilise your qualifications, spare rooms and compassion to assist in helping participants and families to have a much earned break.
- This is paid taxable income, which is above award wages.
- Must have the ability to work every second weekend or have availability in the after school care time sector.
- Must have a caring nature, be honest & diligent, be able to write Care Notes, show compassion and empathy to all people
